My appologies for the delay in sending out this notice. I was a little
uncertain about being able to lead this run since my truck has been down for
the last month. The truck is now back up and running great. So the run is
definately on!

As with prior years, we will be meeting at the Flying J truck stop at 10am
SHARP. Get there early to gas up, as we expect to leave the parking lot just
after 10am. We will then drive from there to the trailhead about 10 miles
away. Depending on the number of vehicles attending, we should be through
the whole trail in 5hrs or slightly less. We will be stopping for lunch
halfway through the trail, so pack some sandwiches. After we finish with
Miller, we will head down Alamo Mtn and into Hungry Valley OHV. Those that
want to play in the 4x4 obstacle course are welcome to do so.
Miller Jeep trail hasn't changed much from last year. A couple of the rock
gardens have gotten slightly harder, but they have bypasses if you wish. The
rocks on Kabob Hill seemed to have gotten pretty big, so that could be an
area of adventure this year.
A Forest Adventure Pass is required for all vehicles attending. We will be
passing the Ranger Station if somebody needs to purchase a pass before
reaching the trailhead. A CB radio is also recommended for all those
attending. CBs make communications on the trail much easier. We will be on
Ch. 31
We look forward to seeing everybody this Saturday. If you have any further
questions about the run, please e-mail me (do not reply to this e-mail).
